Amidst all the uncertainty, we feel we cannot deliver the event as it should be and are now running out of time. Likewise we are very mindful of the safety and wellbeing of all competitors, event staff and the local community.
Depending on circumstances we are looking into whether we could hold a much more informal mountain biking day utilising the existing tracks at Drumlanrig given, like us, we are sure there are plenty of people keen to have something to look forward to! This is more likely to be later in September or October and at relatively short notice.
In the meantime, please save the date for next year’s Challenge, Friday 10th September 2021 and we will of course keep you updated on our plans.
