Buccleuch Property has completed the sale of the NHS’ decontamination unit in Cowlairs, Glasgow to Cable Investments Ltd for £3.49 million, reflecting an initial yield of 7%. The wider estate was purchased by Buccleuch in 2007 and subsequently the other parts of the estate have been sold to owner occupiers, leaving this last remaining holding. NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde have occupied the unit since 2005 and their lease was recently renewed for a further 15 years with a break at 10 years.
