Buccleuch Property Secures Acquisition of Red Square Retail Park, Worthing image

Scottish property investor and developer Buccleuch Property announces the successful acquisition of Red Square Retail Park, Worthing in West Sussex for £3.751 million from CBRE IM.

Red Square Retail Park benefits from two prominent retail warehouse units, spanning 17,713 square feet; one of the units is currently leased to Pets at Home, a well-known pet supplies retailer, while the other unit, previously occupied by Argos, is presently vacant.  Buccleuch Property are currently in advanced negotiations for a new lease on the vacant unit. Other adjacent occupiers include Sainsbury’s, B&Q, The Gym, Boots and Wren Kitchens.
